What this policy covers

This policy covers only Waypoint Crawler, our internal tool at crawler.waypointdevs.com, which Waypoint staff use to run website audits for our clients. It does not cover waypoint.agency, any website we build, host or manage for a client, or any other Waypoint Agency service. Those are governed by their own policies and agreements.

Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We use them only to let you sign in.

Google Search Console and Google Analytics access

An administrator can connect a Google account to Waypoint Crawler with read-only access to Google Search Console (the webmasters.readonly scope) and Google Analytics (the analytics.readonly scope).

We use this access only to list the Search Console sites and Analytics properties that the connected account can see, so we can set up crawls for them. We store the OAuth refresh token for that connection on our server.

How we use and share data

We don't sell this data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone except as required by law.

Waypoint Crawler's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to remove access

You can revoke Waypoint Crawler's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also email admin@waypoint.agency and we will delete the data we have stored.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the changes on this page.
